AgentPrep provides educational materials, practice questions, flashcards, and study tools designed to help users prepare for the NFLPA Contract Advisor Certification Exam. The Service is provided for educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Our refund policy as outlined separately

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AgentPrep, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AgentPrep or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Share your account access with others

6. Disclaimer

AgentPrep is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL Players Association (NFLPA). We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the NFLPA certification exam.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
